como voy a devolverla no me preocupo mucho, pero creo que lo que hace esta gente es un poco estafa, que sea refurbished no significa que tenga que llegar la fuente con menos cables. Alguien que entienda y tenga experiencia en estoque opine

O peor, de segunda mano. Le dan 1 año de garantía cuando Cooler Master daba 5 años para esa fuente.

Componentes lo dudo xD, fabricada por Enhance Electronics si, luego los componentes es cada uno de una madre.

Pero que vamos, sigue resultando una fuente curiosilla en cuanto a calidad interior se refiere pero actualmente sigue habiendo competencia directa con fuentes de "antaño".

PD: Ah, y releyendo mis comentarios, con "ruido eléctrico" me refería a sonido molesto o zumbido provocado por bobinas o condensadores de fuentes en casos muy especiales. Nada de interferencias, THDs, rizados, etc.

Que no es un producto que un comprador devolvió por X motivo (y que debería estar bien, sin uso o muy poco)

He enviado un correo a los de CM a ver que me dicen si es normal un año de garantia. Ya pensava yo que por ser refurbished no tenian que faltar piezas

Para productos marcados como Refurbished casi siempre es de 1 año. No se cumplen los dos años por ley pues no es un producto nuevo.

Justamente hoy estaba en clase leyendo una revista de PC Actual, hablaban de esa cooler master, decían que era buenísima y todo muy chachi, lo único malo que los cables eran muy raros.

Duda sobre fuente alimentación:
Buenos días,
Recientemente me he comprado una fuente de alimentación (PSU) para mi pc, es una Real Power M850 en teoría refurbished, me la ha vendido en un outlet.
EL problema es que viene con cables que no son los de CM sino de otras fuentes y faltan un par, es normal en las fuentes refurbished o puedo reclamar los cables que faltan aunque sea refurbished.
Aprovecho también para saber si la garantía de un año también es lo normal en sus productos

Doubt about Power Supply: Good morning,
Recently I bought a power supply (PSU) for my pc, Real Power M850 is a refurbished theoretically, I sold it at an outlet.
THE problem is that the power cables are not CM, are from a different source and missing a couple.
It is normal in the sources I can claim refurbished or store. It is very noisy.
I have a video and photos.

Sorry but we do not give warranty for second hand products. This is also written in our warranty policy.
The original customer from the whole world purchasing the Cooler Master Product is covered under the Cooler Master Warranty Program. Second-hand purchasers or purchases made at places like E-bay or any similar auction type retailer is NOT protected under Warranty.
Because you have bought the PSU second hand it can be that you miss 2 cables. Maybe we can help you to get these cables. Which cables do you exactly need?

Can you give us the receipt?
When your PSU is faulty you should go back to the shop where you bought it within the first 2 years of use (1 year in the UK) for a replacement or refund.
If the shop can’t help you then you can always contact us again.

En el ultimo le e puesto eso, pero mira que le e dicho unas cuantas veces que es refurbished pero no se entera
