Lamento que mi primer mensaje en este foro sea en estas circunstancias.
Hace poco me llegó una tablet Chuwi Hi8Pro con Windows 10 que llevaba esperando desde Octubre. La tablet es rápida y me encanta (venía de la versión de Windows 8). Pero la segunda vez que la enciendo me encuentro con que la mitad superior de la pantalla hace extraños o parpadea. Claramente la pantalla está defectuosa.
Me he puesto en contacto con GearBest pero he alucinado, literalmente, con las soluciones que me dan. Os inserto tal cual:

La opción 1 la puedo entender, pero no sé si habrá alguna manera de no correr con los gastos de envío de ida.
Lo que realmente me deja perplejo son las opciones 2 y 3, lo que quiere decir que o bien me tengo que comer la tablet defectuosa por unos 14 € o bien pagar una que funcione por 65 €. Si el fallo de la tablet fuera menor lo podría empezar a considerar, ¡¡pero es que la pantalla no funciona!! xD
