En este en concreto mencionan como importante:
"This one is a little more advanced and drastic, but if your CPU is quadcore, D3 might struggle with this. A good way to test to see if this is the case is to open D3, then open Task Manager -> Processes -> Right-Click D3 -> Set Affinity and only enable 2 of the 4 CPUs. If this test is a success, then download Prio to make it permanent"
El diablo 3 en sí ni utiliza 6 cores ni 8,ni siquiera al parecer usa 4. Tambien debe estar claro que no es un juego consumidor en cpu
Quizás techspot no sea una fuente fiable pero un fx 8350 es bastante mejor que un 8150
No obstante la gran mayoría de gente que tiene caidas de fps menciona sus discos duros,por casualidad tendrás un hdd 7200rpm viejillo?
