A mi me parece una basura y me quedo corto.

Como ya comenté, mi bloque de la gtx 770 me llegó igual, con rebabas, descuadre entre metacrilato y la base de cobre (yo no soy modder pero jode en el alma que pagues una pasta y luego te encuentres esto pero bueno). Hombre que tengas un margen de menos de 1 mm, pero por dios macho, yo con una hacha lo haria mas fino.

Con respecto a Marc Gaser exactamente lo que me ha pasado a mi, excusa tras excusa:
-Que si la maquina esta estropeada, que se son 4 semanas de fabricacion, blablabla

Solo os digo, yo he pagado con PayPal y al ver que no cumplia los plazos le meti disputa y reclamación (28/10) el dia (5/11) ya tenia el tracking de envio.
El tipo es un vago, hay que estar detras de él y como lo aprietes un poco y lo pongas en su sitio se cierra en banda y da malas contestaciones.

JaPemo publicalo en varios sitios que tienes pruebas suficientes para ver que el pavo trabaja fatal, ademas, el tema de extorsión, si eres un chapuzas ,lo haces mal y la review no va a ser favorable para que cojones envias el producto mal y sin probar?

Claro, luego nos quejamos.

Es como si un carpintero te hace un mueble de madera maciza de la leche y cuando lo vez son cuatro tablas de aglomerado y mal cortadas. Como dice mi mujer; no las hagas, no las temas.

Mucha suerte campeón, aqui estoy para lo que necesites.

Bueno, os cuento lo ultimo de este señor.

Resulta que en su dia me dijo que le enviara los bloques y que en 8/12 semana los tendria reparados.

Bien ayer me suelta que esta esperando los bloques que ya tiene las piezas de recambio. A lo que le contesto que me esta volviendo con tanto cambio, si los tiene acabados que me envie fotos de las piezas. Su respuesta fue que si queria fotos que pagara 30€ por el tiempo invertido...

Como siempre, intentando quedar bien con el cliente...

No pienso enviarle nada.

El trato que me hizo prometer y reprometer era que debia hacer un test comprativo de temperaturas y enviarselo. Entonces el me enviaba las partes pata substituir.

Cuando le comunique lo de las perdidas, me dijo que me enviaba tambie juntas pero que le enviara los test.

No habia forma de hacerle entender que no podia hacer una comparativa si un bloque tiene perdidas, que me enviara las piezas para poder hacer el test.

Se cerro en banda y me dijo que le enviara los bloques y que en 8/12 semanas los tendria. Me parecio una tomadura de pelo que tuviera que esperar ese tiempo, y con el riesgo de perder envios de ida y luego me dijera que debia pagar el retorno e incluso, me hiciera pagar las piezas.

No pienso enviarle nada, es un pesetero y por todo cobra como habeis visto.

Segun he ido sus actuaciones y pensando mal, si le envio los bloques corro el riesgo de que al tenerlos el, tenga la sarten por el mango y piense que teniendo el los bloques me podra exigir pasta para recuperarlos.

Por eso, no pienso enviarle nada

Menudo desgraciado, que asco de tienda y de persona, peor servicio no puede dar.

Te estan costando un pastón esos bloques, a la proxima coges unas hof con bloque que te salen mejor de precio.

I tell him that a real fullcover is expensive ~ 100€ more because the copper is very expensive. I write him that the cooler will be weight ~2kg. Its not recommend.

I ask, Fullcover - copperbaseplate and a black acetaltop + engraving
I say: if yes 129,90€ + 20eu for engraving.
He will receive 2 blocks. One is costless because japemo published a review.

Your friend in Uruguay had the same problem. But he explain me the problem. And the men from Uruguay had receive a big fullcoverblock like GTX 980 Waterblock. He had verbalize correctly. Japemo not.

I write Japemo that I can mill new tops like real big fullcover. But its a spezialmade. He must spend 80€ more.

I will explain why the bugs in the acetaltops:
Japemo received the first Waterblock with this Design (thickness 6mm parts) in POM.
If you mill one side of the acetalplate, it will be twist.
In this time, I had not the correct tools for this job.
But I work though. Because. Japemo pushing me extreme.
The result is not the best. But now, the problem is fixed.
I had ordered new tools.
Result: smoother surface, uniformly thickness (japemo dont believe me, but i send pictures from new tools)

I write him before I start to mill that in this time is not a real productiontime for Waterblocks.
In this 4 weeks I must test some new strategies to get a better quality in lower time. (Japemo will not hear the facts and will not wait)

Japemo write too: he dont want the lines from the prodctionprocess
I write him: Its not important that you see the lines. Its important that you feel a smooth surface. The Surface feel smoothly
He dont trust me and he write iam a liar.
I had insured that he will get good temperatures if he test the block.
But he dont trust me
I had sent him a picture that he can see the new tools... ... but he dont understand why the thinks are so how they realy are.

Result:
He pushing me. I must send a new Waterblock or he write like this what you see. And he want it in one week. He threat'n me; I do it, or he publish some pictures.

My solution was:
He test one block, that he will see the lines are not a problem. I will send new parts that he need. (Copperbaseplate, Acetaltops) Costless.
He dont want it.

After that my wife write with him in his language (spanish). Because I dont have success in english. After that we had a deal.

Deal:
He Test one Block
He receive all parts he want
All is costless for him.
I need some weeks.

He write he will test. (After I asked him again)
He write the block are leaking.

I write that I need pictures. I must ask 4x, then I receive pictures. But one picture that I need, I dont receive it. I ask for a threadlength. He cant tell me this simple fact.

Fact is, he open the waterblocks ( he send me pictures on 16.06.2015) and he mount the blocks not correctly. He had written this some time before. He used not the correct Fittings with the correct thread length. He dont read the user manual.

My Solution is: He send all back. I proof the Waterblocks.
After that I will tell him a good solution. If the Waterblocks are crap. I will send 2 new Waterblocks. Costeless. One Copperbaseplate is finish. One Acetaltop will finish in some days. I had promised japemo a new copperbaseplate an a new acetaltop. He will receive it if he want. Costless. But he dont want.

The end is.
He threat'n me with his lawyer.
He dont send all back
He write not all facts in this forum

The result of his proceed is.
I write a letter to the Administrator
i collect all evidence and go to my lawyer

I will go to the court if japemo dont apologize and dont write the truth in all forums.

Liquid Extasy = me
Iam alone. Sometimes somethings goes wrong. If it happens, I must create a new timetable.
The coolers are sended and working good. I had testes leaks with air (0.5bar).
The cooler looks good expect the acetal top with engraving. I promised he receive good new one. Costless. This is the result of pushing me. Strategy was in testing. But test is was not done. If he wait some weeks more, the acetaltops have best quality because test with vacuumtable was done.

The leakproblem, is the result of unmount and not mount correct the waterblocks and dont use the correct fittings.

At last:
Japemo knows that I need aproximately 2 weeks to measure. He knows: Start to production aproximately 2 weeks after money Receive. He knows: The production need some times. Aproximately 2 weeks. He know all but only if he read all informations. Japemo proves, that japemo does not read correctly.

Explain in spanish follow in next days.
 
Facts:
Fray on the acetal tops because Japemo cant wait until I take the new machines to produce better quality.

He had must wait 4 weeks to get best quality. I needs the 4 weeks to test the new machines. But i cant test before milling Japemos Waterblocks because he dont let me test my new tools. He need the blocks asap.

Japemo screw the stuff not in the correct place. Because of that, the cooler are leaks. Threadlength of stuff 6mm. The coolertop have 5mm thickness. ...Problem fixed. In future i will buy stuff with threadlength of 3mm.

Yes, its my fault that i give him a please that he receive the cooler soon. But i had learned now...

Fact is too. I had written over 100 E Mails to solve this problem. In english and spanish. From 6o clock morning - 2 o'clock in the night on sunday too.

I promised Japemo, they get new parts costless to solve the problem.

But he dont want.

He dont want send parts back. I cant send new parts if i dont proof the first parts. Nobody will accept his conditions.

Japemo had lost his work since some weeks. After that his wife is gone... ... not without reasons. I feel this frustration. And he apologize for this bad behavior in some mails. But the result we can see in this thread. I dont know how i can make japemo happy. I think its not possible with waterblcoks. Waterblocks are not a wife or a job.

Whaterever. He can take my offer. But he must apologize and write the truth. I have no problem if the customers write the truth. But japemo had fergotten some important parts. So it looks bad for me.

All qualityproblems are growing in last weeks are fixed. And Japemo can benefit from it. But he dont want benefit and dont work (send parts back) to solve our problem. Japemo dont want write all important things to damage my company and hard work.

The result is i contact my lawyer to proof this case. I think the administrator get post from my lawyer too. We must collect all facts to go to the court.
Japemo know all facts but he dont respect another mind and forgett write important facts.

You get more, you get all you want. But you must pay. My service is not a normal service. Nobody write in 3 languages. Nobody write on weekend. Noboy write after 20o'clock. Nobody write over 100 mails to solve the problem.
If i have bad service, what bad service give you other companies?!

You had the chance. Nothing send back, get new parts, costless. But you dont want it. Ok. Its your choice.
 
Solo me he leido las 3 primeras fechas y ya tergiversas el asunto.

Bien, lo que tu llamas contrato prototype.pdf, es solo un texto de tu proceso de fabricacion y que fabricas, y en wl cual, solo he de colocar mi direccion de envio.

Por otro lado, ese texto solo esta en aleman, idioma el cual yo desconozco y tuve que traducir con serior problemas.

Tu lo entendeistes mal y te corregi, que efectivamente no era entero de cobre, que me referia fullcover como el articulo que vendiad en tu tienda.

Fullcover es que cubriera todo el PCB, desde el principio te pedi el bloque como la 980 reference y tu has fabricado lo que has querido.

Yo con un boceto 3D solo del bloque sin colocar sobre el pcb o gpu no se si es fullcover o no ya que no tengo nada de referebcia pata comparar.

Esto es solo el principio de tu texto y ya patinas... Con calma, ire contestando a cada una de las fechas.

Puedes estar disconforme con mi opinion, con mi descontento, pero no por ello puedes privarme de expresar mi opinion, estamos en un mundo libre, solo faltaria mas...

Marc, solo pedi photos de las piezas acabadas... Aqui esta el correo con mi pregunta y tu respuesta... En ella no dices nada de lo que has dicho..

Me parece humillante tu postura, tanto con un foro de cierta reputacion en España como con mi persona.

En tus correos, después de ver los resultados me dijistes que tu me enviabas y que habia pagado por un prototipo y un bloque de calidad, y los dos distan de esto.

Haces referencia a que te modifique el pedido despues de tu presupuesto y eso es mentira, yo ya te habia pedido un bloque como el de tu pagina mucho antes, el cual cuesta menos de 100€

Paso de seguir tener que demostrar mi inocencia, podria seguir a lo largo de los mas de 200 emails que tengo contigo intentando solucionar todo y de los continuos problemas que he tenido.

De la fuga grande y por el problema de los racores no hice fotos, valore mas secar todos los componentes electronicos y no romper nada. Despues te envie foto de la fuga menor.

Me acusas de abrir y montar mal los bloques. Ya te dije que no es el primer bloque que abro para limpiar o revisar su estado. Puede ser que monte alguna vez alguno mal, por supuesto, pero 2 veces?

A parte, el que pierde, es el que segun tu, es de calidad... Las juntas no hacen presion dentro del bloque colocadas en sus ranuras. Eso, señor mio, no es un fallo mio, sino de fabricacion.

Para mi, la relacion con este señor se rompio hace tiempo, mucho tiempo.

Me hizo prometer que me enviaria las piezas si hacia test y publicaba una buena reviews y olvidaba los desperfectos y no los publicaba.

Y despues me escribias en español:

Cuando empezaron a fallar los bloques, le dije que no podia hacer una review de tempersturas si no se podían comparar loa bloques.

A partir de ahi, rompio su palabra y la cosa se fue de madre, se cerro en banda y hasta hoy...

Podria crear un hilo entero con discusiones, con intentos de cobrar mas por cada error que habias cometido y lo que me enviastes, los intentos de solucionar todo, mis avisos de que si no me ayudabas acudiria a un abogado y expresaria mi opinion en foros, aun asi, tu has hecho lo que has querido, no me has dado el soporte que prometistes.

Lo ultimo fue, que te enviara los bloques, pagando el envio, pero sin devolucion porque como habia abierto los bloques habia perdido la garantia...

Me parecia increible. Tener que pagar encima por fallos de fabricacion y dejarme minimo otros casi 50€ en envios. Eso sin contar que me quisieras cobrar la mano de obra...

Como no me fio ya, paso de enviarte nada, cada vez que hablaba contigo, me cambiabas los terminos y condiciones...

Con esto finalizo y cierro este asunto, porque lo unico que consigo cada vez que hablo contigo es peor.
